It is her passion for animals, the people, and the landscape of the north coast that led Nicole Jamieson, DVM to settle on a career as a veterinarian at Pacific Coast Veterinary Hospital in beautiful Prince Rupert.

Dr. Nicole Jamieson joined the PCVH team in June 2009 after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree.
She brings with her a well-rounded educational and work experience background with a degree in Wildlife Biology from UNBC, as well as experience working in forestry, the ski industry, and oil and gas to name a few. It is her passion for animals, the people, and the landscape of the north coast that led her to settle on a career as a veterinarian in beautiful Prince Rupert.
Dr. Jamieson is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys living in Prince Rupert for its fishing opportunities, hiking, boating, and general beauty.
She is a member of the local Tshimshian Nation and is proud to be a professional serving her community, giving back to those that have supported her throughout her life, and being a role model to younger generations through youth leadership initiatives.
Dr. Jamieson is excited to take on the position of Medical Director, to shape the organization's future and to grow alongside the community, keeping in mind the community and stakeholder needs.
