About Dr. Sam Gwillim
Dr. Sam Gwillim grew up in Melbourne, Australia. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Monash University and then at the University of Melbourne for an honors year.
A Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (DVM equivalent) was completed at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia, where she graduated with distinction.
Dr. Gwillim then worked as a mixed practitioner veterinarian in Lloydminster, AB at a practice that did primarily small animal and beef cattle work. She has been doing locum work since 2019; including working at an emergency care clinic in Edmonton.
She currently lives in Lloydminster with her partner Jon, Zeus the shepherd mix, and cat Yossarian. In her free time, she likes exploring the great outdoors, reading, and crafts.
