Dr. Sam Gwillim grew up in Melbourne, Australia. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Monash University and then at the University of Melbourne for an honors year.
A Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (DVM equivalent) was completed at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia, where she graduated with distinction.
Dr. Gwillim then worked as a mixed practitioner veterinarian in Lloydminster, AB at a practice that did primarily small animal and beef cattle work.
In her free time, she likes exploring the great outdoors, reading, and crafts.
